| Mission: | To write the global policy for a new employee appraisal process as well as prepare a package of communications materials so that the process could be introduced globally within the company. This package contained a 4-page brochure setting out the main aims of the initiative, and a longer user manual for managers and employees containing more details about the process and the roles and responsibilities attached to the initiative, and a training pack so that human resource managers could train other managers in appraising employees. |
