Employee Communications
Magazines, E-Letters, Blogs and Brochures
Analytica works with our clients on regular internal employee magazines, updates and blogs so that employees can read about their company's aspirations, directions and strategies. With employee magazines, as with those aimed at members of professional organisations or charities, we aim to strengthen the branding of the organisation and the messages it wishes to convey, so that all of its communications are as effective and streamlined as possible.
Sometimes our clients want their newsletters and eletters to talk about their recent achievements or update staff with the latest internal news presented in an interesting way. And sometimes these can be on fairly technical issues such as policy updates for specific divisions within the company or reporting on scientific research results.
We also produce employee communications materials to help companies launch or introduce new schemes or initiatives that affect employees. These could be about stock options, pension planning, personal development programmes, new training initiatives or employee appraisal processes, for example.
Weblogs, or blogs, are increasingly seen as a highly effective tool in enabling top management to communicate on a more regular and personal basis with their staff. Analytica has been working with CEOs of several companies to guide them on blogging style, and we can provide regular blogs for CEOs following a full briefing on the objectives to be achieved from the blog.
At the same time, our clients are finding that employee blogs are a very strong internal communication tool as they encourage dialogue inside the company and can lead to sharing of information and creation of new ideas and solutions. Analytica has been formulating blogging policies for a growing number of companies who want to create this expression of ideas within a secure environment.
